May - The Wedding
Our wedding took place over Memorial Day Weekend. There were two separate cermonies so you could say we were married twice.
The first wedding was on Saturday at Descanso Gardens. It was a traditional American cermony with the black tux and beautiful white dress. We were limited to the number of guests so we decided to keep it small and invite mostly family. Linda and George taught us how to waltz for our first dance, Gina D'Onofrio performed, and dinner was catered by Patina.
The Sunday wedding was a traditional Thai ceremony performed at a Buddhist temple. Ivy wore a Thai wedding dress and I had a Thai suit on. Many of our family and friends wore traditional Thai outfits and participated in the procession. The food was catered by our favorite Thai restaurant, Sunshine. pics...

We had dinner at Dar Maghreb to celebrate Alicia and Ivy's birthdays. The Moroccan food was good, but watching Nozell dance with the belly dancer was definitely the highlight. pics...
